How To Wear Your Belt

Start with the adjustment straps at their shortest length, close to the center.
Step 3
Pull the pulleys horizontally outward to tighten the belt. Ensure the tension provides firm support but remains comfortable.
Step 4
Secure the adjustment straps in front of your body. They should hold firmly but allow for easy loosening with one touch if needed.
